Loanbright provides a program where an average loan officer should be able to engage in 20 or more "serious conversations" each month. We define a "serious conversation" as one where you will be able to get the potential borrower on the phone or in person to discuss your loan programs and quote them rates. These "serious conversations" are the ones where you know you have a real chance of taking an application. An average loan officer in our network is able to take between 5 and 10 applicatons per month from these serious conversations.
