PDF Rate Quote Requests

On Saturday December 5th we will be changing the type of file we attach to Rate Quote Request email messages. PDF (Portable Document Format) files will replace ZIP files as the container for Rate Quote Request information. Your password will still be required to open the attachment and view the information contained in the file. We are making this change because ZIP files continue to cause problems for customers whose email systems and internet service providers refuse to deliver them. We believe that this file format change will minimize or eliminate delivery problems caused by the ZIP file attachments. Please contact your account manager if you have any questions.
