LoanBright.com Lead Return Policy

Even though LoanBright has an extensive program in place designed to attract serious consumers who are thinking about purchasing or refinancing a home and would like to receive quotes from one or more mortgage companies, our quality control process is NOT perfect and there are situations where we will allow you to return a particlar lead that has been delivered to your account.

We price our service knowing that you will not be able to take an application or close every prospect, In fact, circumstances might arise where the consumers immediate need for a loan might change. We have taken all of this into account and priced our service accordingly. However, based on continuous feedback from our customers, over time, the overwhelming majority of our customers are able to cost effectively acquire new borrowers from our service. Don't forget that a typical mortgage transaction could easily require 60 or more days between initial contact and closing.

Our system will authomatically attempt to replace all leads that are returned, whether that returned lead is accepted or rejected.

A returned lead will most likely be accepted and a credit will be applied on your invoice if:

  • The same consumer submits the same lead within a 30 day period and that lead is delivered to you or your company
  • The desired location for the loan property is outside your licensed geographic state(s)
  • A lead was submitted under the loan type Mobile Home or Manufactured Home
  • Another Lender is "testing the system"
  • All phone numbers are disconnected or do not ring
  • Fictitious leads: i.e. the name does not match the phone number
  • The data was entered by a consumer lacking legal capacity to make a contract (e.g., a minor, a person of diminished mental capacity, etc.)
Before returning any leads we suggest attempting to validate the accuracy of the information by simply using Google or WhitePages.Com to "reverse lookup" the phone number(s), addresses, name(s) (or combination thereof) and/or email addresses.

Leads submitted for a credit might not be accepted or granted credit. Returns will be verified by our quality control department before they are accepted. In most instances accepted returns will be applied as credits and deducted from your invoices. At LoanBright's discretion, LoanBright may opt to replace any returned lead(s).

All duplicate lead returns are due back the same day as delivery. All other returns must be returned within seven (7) days from the date delivered.

A returned lead will be rejected and no credit will be applied to your invoice if :
  • Consumer didn't call back
  • Consumer already found another Lender
  • Consumer changed their mind
  • You did not close the deal
  • Consumer is just looking for rates
  • At least one phone number is valid
  • Email address is invalid but at least one phone number is valid
LoanBright does not guarantee every lead you receive will turn into a loan. However, we do believe that every lead we provide has value. If you consider the cost of our service as a marketing expense over a period of time we are confident that your return will be worth your investment
