Jeremiah F. O'leary is President and Founder of JFO Associates Ltd, an organization engaged in providing consulting services to the financial services industry.

Mr. O'Leary was for more than twenty years associated with Chase Manhattan Bank (formerly know as Chemical Bank) where he held a number of senior management positions including General Manager of the institution's Global Securities Services business.

Mr. O'Leary has extensive experience in the banking and securities industries. He has served as Chairman of International Depository and Clearing LLC and as a member of the Board of Directors of Government Securities Clearing Corporation. He has also served as a member of the United States Working Committee of the Group of Thirty, and as a Chairman and member of numerous banking and securities industry committees. He is a member of the Board of Guardian Trust Company, FSB and a member of the Strategic Adviory Board of Cedel.

Mr. O'Leary is a graduate of Manhattan College and is a member of the American and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
