If you are not satisfied with your Classic Mortgage Website for any reason, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days of your account creation date and receive a full refund of the monthly service charge associated with your account.

All cancellation and refund requests must be made by the credit card holder for the account, and shall be effective upon receipt by LoanBright.Com. refunds will not include any other charges incurred by customer such as set up fees, domain name registration fees, and additional service charges.

In order to receive a refund, please send an email to support@loanbright.com.

Include the following in your request:

1) Your LoanBright customer ID or username and password.

2) Reason for requesting the refund.

We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your request. A second email will be sent to you once the credit has been issued. LoanBright.Com reserves the right to change this offer at any time.
